Product, pricing, and delivery
The product is a digital browser bookmarklet with HTML setup pages and documentation. The prices displayed on the product and Stripe payment pages apply. The standard prices are JPY 4,980 for personal and small-scale use and JPY 19,800 for a one-company license.
Payment is collected by credit card through Stripe when the order is submitted. No shipping fee applies. Internet access, devices, browser use, currency conversion, and card issuer fees are the buyer's responsibility.
After payment confirmation, the purchaser is normally redirected to a download and setup page. If manual delivery becomes necessary, the seller will normally provide access within three Japanese business days.
License
The personal and small-scale license is for the purchaser's permitted use. The company license allows use on multiple PCs within one company. Redistribution, resale, rental, public posting, or provision to an unrelated third party is prohibited.
Product scope and disclaimer
The tool formats a Synology Chat thread that the signed-in user can already view in a supported browser. It does not access the Chat database or server directly and cannot recover deleted, inaccessible, or unloaded messages. Complete capture, fitness for a particular workflow, legal evidentiary value, audit compliance, and uninterrupted operation after third-party interface changes are not guaranteed.
Basic questions about setup and current Chrome or Edge operation are supported by email. NAS administration, CRM workflow design, individual environment investigation, and major redevelopment caused by third-party changes are outside the standard support scope.
Cancellation and refunds
Because this is a digital product, returns, cancellations, and refunds after delivery are generally not accepted. The seller will review cases involving a duplicate charge, non-delivery, a major discrepancy between the sales description and the delivered product, or another problem attributable to the seller.
To request review, email the purchase date, purchaser name, purchase email address, browser, and a description of the problem to chatpdf@shimadagiken.jp. Approved refunds are normally returned through the original payment method.
Privacy
The seller may process the purchaser's name, company name, email address, order details, inquiry content, and website usage data to process payment, deliver the product, provide support, prevent misuse, maintain accounting records, and improve the product and sales page.
Stripe handles full payment card details. The seller receives payment results and transaction information but does not store the complete card number. The website may use cookies, access logs, and analytics services. The bookmarklet itself is not designed to upload Synology Chat conversation content, attachments, or generated PDFs to the seller.
Personal information is retained only as necessary for the stated purposes and applicable legal, accounting, and tax obligations. Requests concerning access, correction, suspension, or deletion may be sent to the contact address above and will be handled within a reasonable scope under applicable law.
